You and your family can nurture your mind, body and spirit. This class is for families with children (ages 3 and older).
Family yoga is structural, like Little Feet yoga, with an emphasis on interactive and partner poses for kids and adults to experience together. The activity includes yoga poses, breathing, movement games and relaxation.
